Sunday 12th April - went to Niagara Falls today. What a stunning place. could not believe that we were standing there looking at this magnificent place. Thought heaps about Mum today - yes, you too Dad, about how much I wanted to tell her about today. Walked for about an hour looking for a bottle shop, finally found one and then walked home to get the car as we didn't want to carry the drinks home. Went back at 506pm to find it had closed! Gary then remembers that Pam had told him everything shuts by 5! We Are staying in the Travelodge at the falls - not be confused with Travelodge by the falls or just the Travelodge! It is only a 5 minute walk to the Falls and the grandkids would love it. Clifton Hill is full of Haunted house rides and wax museums and every activity that would cost a lot of money. Thank heavens we are all grown up! Went to the casino - Maur, Cath, Jude, Johnny and Frank you would be in 7th heaven! I have never seen so many poker machines in one place! We are off to Kingston tomorrow On our way to Montreal. Will work out how to put photos on soon, yes Vernon I know you told me but heck! Love to all xxxx
