Monday 11th May. We spent this full day at sea today. Weather started off overcast and seas a bit bumpy but soon settled down around lunch time to blue skies and not so bumpy waters. Had a bit of a late start, ordered room service for breakfast about 7am and then just lazed around until 9. We then just wandered the ship, checked out the shops, food areas, the bars, played Uno. Gary beat me 8 times! Had a lovely relaxing day. That night I watched the "2nd Most Exotic Marigold Hotel" under the stars. Gary didn't stay and watch it with me but I decided to and froze my butt off, it was freezing! Since lunchtime we have seen about 30 whales, mainly the plume of steam but every now and then one would slap its tail. No breaching but still exciting to see! Looking forward to arriving in Ketchikan tomorrow
